How quickly are products provided?

If you are a new customer, it may be necessary for our support staff to verify the customer account first. The following provisioning times generally apply to existing customers:
- Webhosting/Domains: few minutes
- Plesk: few minutes
- SSL: few minutes (depends on DCV)
- vServer: few minutes Minuten, (on working days)
- Serverdepot: few hours, (on working days, if immediately available)
- Dedicated Server: depending on stock, usually within 1-2 working days
Can I cancel my services on a monthly basis?

Many of our offers can be canceled on a monthly basis. For new dedicated servers, a minimum contract period or setup fee may apply due to high investments. For our vServer or Serverdepot Server products, the minimum contract term is always 1 month. If you voluntarily choose a higher billing interval and, for example, pay 6 months in advance to receive an additional discount, this will of course affect the termination. There will be no subsequent credit for periods already paid for due to the discount granted.
Are there discounts for longer terms or prepayment?

Yes, we offer a discount scale for prepayment of up to 24 months for our products. The discounts are based on current interest rate and market developments and are available for selection during the ordering process. Of course, prepayment also has an effect on termination. There will be no subsequent credit for periods already paid for due to the discount granted.
Is there a server management interface?

Of course, we also offer comprehensive server management for our servers/vServers. The special feature here is that all management web interface structures are developed by us and we are not dependent on third-party providers. Although the in-house development of server management is very costly and time-consuming, it helps us to react quickly to new market developments, solve problems ourselves and implement individual customer requests.
Is there 24/7 support?

Yes - we offer on-call support that is available 24/7/365. This can be reached by telephone or via an emergency ticket. We rely exclusively on IP-Projects' own technicians. Our on-call support does not involve a call center or external support service provider.
How quickly does support respond in an emergency?

In an emergency, you can always contact our support team directly by phone or via an emergency ticket. Our specialists are available within a few minutes. Are there managed options for customers without technical know-how?

If you do not have the technical know-how to manage a server, you can add a managed service to any of our server products. This is offered as an optional feature during the ordering process.
Are the services GDPR compliant?

Yes, our services are GDPR-compliant. We offer our customers a ready-made AV contract (order data processing) and a TOM (technical-organizational measures) in our customer area. This is particularly important if we host (customer) data for you that falls under data protection regulations.
