The high-end AMD Enterprise servers from IP-Projects are based on the latest Zen 5 architecture. In addition to a more advanced manufacturing process, they also offer the latest AVX-512 (Advanced Vector Extensions) support. This is an acceleration technology for computationally intensive tasks. Combined with advanced I/O connectivity (support for up to 160 PCIe Gen 5 lanes per CPU), this new technology rounds off our AMD Enterprise bare-metal servers and offers an optimal price-performance ratio.
Thanks to the high number of CPU cores and the latest technologies, the AMD EPYC™ servers have a wide range of applications. For example, they can be used for the virtualization of computationally intensive workloads/cloud-native workloads or in the field of data analytics.

Our high-end AMD Enterprise Server series is based exclusively on the latest generation of AMD EPYC™ CPUs. EPYC™ CPUs from AMD impress with their excellent price/performance ratio and a high number of CPU threads, which deliver a performance boost, especially in multi-threaded applications.
The AMD EPYC™ bare-metal server series is based exclusively on enterprise server hardware. Thanks to high CPU performance, numerous CPU cores, fast DDR5 ECC registered memory, and NVMe SSDs, AMD EPYC™ dedicated servers deliver impressive performance even for performance-hungry applications and cloud services.
The new AMD EPYC™ 9005 series - Zen 5 - is based on 3nm manufacturing. This enables higher energy efficiency while significantly increasing performance. Thanks to this new CPU technology, our AMD Enterprise server offerings provide up to 256 CPU cores with 512 CPU threads and a clock speed of up to 3.7 GHz, as well as memory expandability up to 2 TB DDR5 ECC Reg RAM.
Compared to other CPU manufacturers, AMD is currently the market leader in terms of energy efficiency to performance. This means that, with the same processor performance, AMD server CPUs are more energy-efficient than CPUs from other manufacturers.
The carbon footprint of the Internet with its servers and data centers is growing incessantly. However, in addition to using energy-efficient hardware, we can also actively support nature: With every new rating - whether positive or negative - we therefore have 2 new trees planted.
We offer the following Linux dedicated server operating systems via automatic installation on our enterprise dedicated servers. If you cannot find an operating system in the overview, an ISO installation is available.

Server management made easy: automatic installation, IP/rDNS management, rescue boot, IPMI remote access, and much more!
One of our cages for business dedicated servers at the FRA1 NTT site. Cold air flows out of the openings in the floor and cools the hardware installed in the racks on the left and right side.
We rely on standardized rack housings for our servers in order to keep any problems with spare parts procurement to a minimum.
Rear cabling of some of our Business Dedicated Servers at the FRA1 NTT site. In this case, most of the systems are equipped with 10G uplinks in addition to IPMI and 1G copper.
For our business servers we only use rack hardware with redundant power supplies. In case of problems we can exchange PSUs and HDDs without downtime by means of hot-swap.
Redundant core switch stacks for 10 Gigabit/s direct cabling - 80 Gigabit/s connection to routing stack - FRA1 location
128-port 100 Gigabit/s QSFP28 core switch stack for direct cabling with 100 Gigabit/s, e.g. used in HPC clusters – FRA1 location
Redundant routing stack consisting of technically different routers that are almost identical in terms of performance characteristics - Location FRA1
Server rack 0.8 x 1.2 meters with redundant top-of-rack switch stack and redundant 2-feed power supply - location FRA1
Own 12-rack server cage – cold aisle view – FRA1 location

The administration of our servers is done via our self-developed server administration. Installation, reboots, monitoring, IP management and traffic analysis become a breeze.
Our co-user administration also allows your colleagues quick access to all servers. The shared servers and permissions can be set separately for each co-user.'
For installation we offer all common operating systems. Either as automatic installation, or manual installation with SSH/VNC access. If we don't have your desired operating system in our offer, you can use our ISO installer, or contact our support to extend our automatic installations.
In case of problems or misconfigurations, you can temporarily start a non-invasive rescue system. This resides exclusively in memory and allows SSH access to your server and the data on it.
For our servers we rely on hardware with IPMI support. IPMI can also be queried directly in our server administration. So you have all important system parameters of your server always available. Even reboots are possible without any problems in case of emergency.
You also have full visibility at the network level. We provide a detailed overview of your server system's traffic usage. Grouping multiple servers into a collective traffic pool - for example, for analysis purposes - is also possible.
AMD EPYC CPUs offer maximum performance per dollar. This means they deliver optimal price-performance for multithreaded workloads and are also energy-efficient and sustainable due to their performance-per-watt ratio.
Yes, DDoS protection can be added as an optional feature for our EPYC servers. Basic protection is also available free of charge upon request.
AMD EPYC root servers are particularly suitable for:
Yes, Zen 5 generation EPYC CPUs support AVX-512 and offer outstanding memory and I/O performance for training and inference. Combined with GPUs, they enable high-performance, scalable AI infrastructures.
EPYC servers support up to 160 PCIe Gen5 lanes, perfect for connecting NVMe storage, RAID controllers, and network adapters. This makes them ideal for storage gateways, Ceph clusters, or backup/archive systems.
Yes. With their combination of multiple cores, AVX-512, large cache, and high memory bandwidth, EPYC systems are ideal for simulations in physics, chemistry, bioinformatics, and climate modeling.
With AMD Infinity Guard including SEV-SNP (Secure Encrypted Virtualization), they offer hardware-based security and tenant isolation – ideal for cloud services, zero-trust models, and data protection in accordance with GDPR.
Our server solutions are individually configurable – from single-socket nodes to 2U dual EPYC servers with GPU or NVMe configuration. We would be happy to provide you with technical advice and put together an optimized setup for your requirements.
Thanks to their chiplet design and state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, EPYC servers are leaders in performance per watt. This saves electricity costs and reduces the carbon footprint—a plus for sustainable data centers and the operation of energy-efficient systems.
