Own IP address
To ensure a clean separation from other Plesk reseller packages, each of our reseller accounts has its own IP address. We provide an IPv4 and IPv6 IP address as a dual stack.
Plesk offers the possibility to send e-mails via the respective IP addresses of the resellers. This is particularly important, as having your own IP address ensures that, for example, a hacked website that sends SPAM emails cannot affect the reputation of your own reseller IP.
In addition, own R-DNS / PTR entries can be stored for the IP addresses to ensure white label communication.
Backup Manager
You have the possibility to centrally manage the backups of all customers and restore them as needed. It is also possible to restore individual backup files from an overall backup without having to restore all the data of a customer. The backup restore option is also available to your customers in Plesk Management, so backup restore support is not always required.
Backups rotate in a 14-day cycle and are stored on an external backup storage, so that in case of a possible technical failure of the host system, the backups are not compromised as well. A complete full backup is created every 7 days. Otherwise, the backups operate incrementally.
