Company History
The company IP-Projects was founded in 2007 by Michael Schinzel as a sole proprietorship during his university studies. In 2011 IP-Projects was transformed into a GmbH & Co. KG.
Ever since, IP-Projects GmbH & Co. KG is 100 % owner-managed. A qualified team of employees has contributed significantly to the success of the company since the beginning. Especially for larger IT projects in the data center environment IP-Projects scores with direct and personal support for business partners as well as private customers and therefore enjoys great demand with the offered services.
Vision
Our goal is to always provide the best service for you as our customer together with creative and competent employees. For us, neither the period of performance nor the range of services is decisive. With us, every customer is considered important and receives the best possible support and holistic care. For us, a matter is only considered to be completed when you are satisfied with the result.

Transparency is not only a top priority for us, we also act accordingly. It is important to us that you feel that your projects are in good hands and well looked after. And we want to do something for this not only until the contract is signed. Continuously we inform you about important events or occurrences. This includes, among other things:

- advance notice in case of major and relevant changes for the customer
- direct information of individual customers in case of acute disturbances
- advance information about news and significant changes in the company

We are here for you - around the clock
Server systems must be available around the clock. For us, it is therefore a matter of course that technical support for server systems must also be available around the clock. Our customer support is therefore organized as on-call support. Monitoring messages are automatically escalated so that a quick intervention in case of a malfunction is guaranteed.
If you require this as a guarantee in the form of an SLA, we can advise you on this in order to identify the optimal SLA parameters.
One step ahead of the others
We don't just talk about sustainability, we live it. As a company, we want to do something good with our actions, because climate change concerns us all. That's why our server systems in the data centers are powered 100 % by green electricity. In addition, we use state-of-the-art air-conditioning technology; this and the exclusive use of state-of-the-art energy-saving technology enable us to conserve resources sustainably and in the long term. We also phase out old, inefficient servers and replace them with newer, more efficient server systems.
For a better cooperation
We want to be involved not only globally but also regionally. We are therefore happy to support forward-looking and charitable projects throughout Germany. Both financially and educationally, we contribute our share to the education and training of young talents. This starts with the local sports club or the local volunteer fire department and extends to supporting talented interns and young professionals.
