Please ensure that the following details are included:

  1. A duly substantiated explanation of why you consider the information in question to be unlawful
  2. A clear indication of the exact electronic storage location, such as a precise URL and, if necessary, other relevant information to identify the content concerned
  3. Your name and e-mail address, unless you are providing information relating to Directive 2011/92 EU of 13.12.2011 and
  4. A statement that they have a good faith belief that the information and statements contained in the notification are accurate and complete.

If we have your contact details, we will send you a notification of receipt immediately and send you our decision regarding the reported content immediately, if necessary with information on legal remedies.

We will provide all affected users with a clear and specific justification for any restrictions we may impose. These may include the following measures:

3. Legal Remedies

You can lodge an appeal with us against the aforementioned measures, which should be substantiated. Depending on the success of the appeal, we will revoke the measures imposed.

You can also initiate an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure with the Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Network Agency) as the national coordination body for digital services.

Regardless of the aforementioned channels, the ordinary courts are always an option.
